Mission Statement
To provide professional real estate services to both buyers and sellers of homes. I will strive to achieve accurate information for my client in every transaction maintaining the highest level of fiduciary responsibility in representation of them and their current or future homes.
Background, Life Experiences and Commitment to my Customer
I have been servicing Eastern Massachusetts, with a focus in Metrowest in residential real estate since 2001. Prior to that, with a degree in BioChemistry from Simmons College, I spent twenty years in sales and marketing roles in Biotech and in commercial real estate. Executive level pharmaceutical marketing taught me the fine art of negotiation which I have been able to successfully translate to the residential real estate market. This skill set enables me to secure the best outcome for my customer, always keeping their personal needs first and foremost. I appreciate and respect that this transaction may be the largest financial asset my client may have.
I love the complexity of providing a full service, to the best of my abilities, doing detective work on a potential home for my client to insure that no stone goes unturned in securing not only a the right home, but a sound investment. In selling a home, it is critical to secure the best and highest price in presenting the home, marketing and exposure to as many buyers as possible. I hope to learn from every challenge, both personal and professional maintaining a high level of service. I do my job with integrity and passion.
In 1987, one of the most exciting years of my life, I was able to spend 12 months traveling around the world, fulfilling a lifelong dream to visit many of the outermost corners of this wonderful planet we call earth. I had the opportunity to swim with penguins, sharks and dolphins in the Galapagos Islands, travel 700 miles up the Amazon River, sleeping in hammocks, live in tents in the Arctic Circle. In 1988 I helped the newly formed government of Lithuania succeed in the break up the Soviet Union. I have worked with the United Nations while living in New York, representing a news agency having direct contacts to all of the nation's largest newspapers as well as various government organizations. I was a professional skier in my youth, enjoying ski racing, ski patrol and being a ski instructor. My passion for the sport has brought me as a spectator to 5 winter Olympic Games.
I live in Natick, am the mother of two teenage boys, have a wonderful husband and am blessed by being surrounded by a large circle of loving friends, family and business colleagues.
These life experiences as well as my business skills have prepared me for the unexpected, and am able to assist you as my customer maneuver this sometimes complex process with certainty and ease. My commitment to you and achieving your goals in buying or selling a home is my first priority. I have been a relocation specialist for many years that enables me to freely move into different towns and areas comfortably servicing my clients who may not want to be limited to just one geographic town.
